2. Express Delivery Timelines

• USA & Canada: 3 to 5 business days.
• UK & Europe: 3 to 5 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: 4 to 6 business days.
• UAE & Middle East: 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of the World (220+ Countries): 3 to 5 business days.

3. Cold-Chain & Temperature Sensitive Shipping

For temperature-sensitive biologicals, insulin, or specialized medications, we provide 2°C to 8°C thermal insulation packaging using calibrated gel-coolant technology to guarantee stability throughout international flight transit.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do NOT ship narcotics, psychotropic substances, habit-forming drugs, radioactive materials, or unlabelled loose powders. All medicines must be in original manufacturer foil/bottle packaging.
