Legal agreement governing international medicine dispatch and shipping services provided by MedishipExpress.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: August 17, 2026
By engaging MedishipExpress for medicine collection, packaging, documentation, or international dispatch, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as Indian export regulations and international pharmaceutical import laws.
All prescription medication shipments must be accompanied by a valid, current prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner in India. The prescription must explicitly state the patient's name, dosage, and duration. Narcotics, psychotropic drugs, controlled substances, and unapproved chemical compounds are strictly prohibited.
Customs clearance in the destination country is subject to local regulatory authorities (e.g. US FDA, UK MHRA, Canada Health, Australia TGA). While MedishipExpress assists with full export documentation and commercial invoicing, any local customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays resulting from incorrect recipient information are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard express transit times are 3 to 5 business days for major international destinations. Transit estimates exclude delays caused by airline schedules, weather emergencies, customs inspections, or public holidays in the destination country.
